Turnkey project

Machining
Liard Industries has 24 digital and conventional machines. This equipment allows us to increase the quality of our products since they make very precise machining possible for machinery parts or product characteristics requested by customers.
Welding
They assemble and weld a variety of parts, large and small, for sub-assemblies or complete equipment, as well as replacement parts. Ongoing collaboration is possible through the centralization of the denomination. Thus, they ensure that the parts are welded in the best possible way, and that the machining is also more precise.

Liard Industries has been in the metal transformation business for over 40 years. 24 digital and conventional machines one of which is the Mazak E-1060 V/8 5-axis vertical Integrex machine. This machine allows turning, milling and complex machining at an angle. It is equipped with a pallet loader outside the machining area, two milling tables, a 3-jaw chuck and a 4-jaw chuck. The capacity of the parts that can be machined is 50" high by 50" wide.
