In collaboration with Investissement Québec, the governments of Canada and Quebec jointly granted the company a loan of $1.6 million. This substantial sum is intended to support a new automation project valued at $2 million. It will redefine industry standards while boosting the company’s productivity.  

Several key players were present to mark this important announcement with APF Villeneuve members. In attendance were Mr. Christopher Skeete, Minister for the Economy, Mr. François Saint-Louis, Member of the National Assembly for Joliette, Mr. Mario Lasalle, Mayor of Crabtree and Mr. Pierre-Luc Bellerose, Prefect of the Joliette RCM.

Focusing on excellence and continuous growth, APF Villeneuve will complete its acquisition of two new pieces of numerical control equipment, firmly committing to automation and innovation. In tandem with these new state-of-the-art machines, connection software aimed at process optimization will set new productivity standards, positioning the company at the forefront of technology.  

Affirming its belief in innovation, APF Villeneuve plans to introduce its team to artificial intelligence in the coming months. This will be an opportunity to explore new avenues for growth.
