Groupe Industriel Premium has brilliantly orchestrated the complete automation of a section of CR Slitters production, specialized in the transformation of steel coils. This ambitious project aimed to automate the movement and organization of coils in their huge warehouse, without human intervention.
Premium installed seven double girder overhead cranes, including components from various partners. Two of these cranes were specially adapted by Carego for automation, while Conductix supplied the data communication system. Thanks to this synergy between Premium's teams and their partners, a fully automated lifting and handling solution was successfully deployed, perfectly meeting CR Slitters needs.
